• Team collaboration and assignment tools
• Billing management through Stripe integration
• Knowledge base management

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Promptly updating your information if it changes
• Not sharing your account credentials with third parties
• All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use agent's services to:

By submitting content through your intake forms, you represent that you have the right to use and share such content and grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are:

• Displayed on our pricing page and in Stripe Checkout
• Charged according to your selected plan and billing cycle
• Non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, agent AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from actions taken by your AI agent
• Any damages resulting from third-party services or integrations

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. AI Assistant Limitations

Susan and other AI-assisted features may generate incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for configuring your agents, reviewing outputs where appropriate, and ensuring that communications sent through the platform are suitable for your business and customers.

The service is not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. You must not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, and you must not use the service for emergency response workflows.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

agent'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that the AI agent will produce specific results.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless agent and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the platform

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You fail to pay fees when due
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We believe your use poses a security risk or could harm others

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
